Si les clients acceptaient l'offre, ils recevaient 3 bons pour des expditions gratuits ainsi qu'un stylo de qualit. Les rsultats: Taux de rponse de 9, 5% atteint par rapport un objectif de 2%. L'objectif de 2%tait calcul selon les taux de rponse gnralement obtenus avec des offres similaires mais sans prime. Nous avons atteint 262% des objectifs de ventes prvus, bien que la prime tait un simple stylo.

Between the 12 of April and the 19 of May, Copilote conducted a survey on the degree of satisfaction of our clients. Here's a brief outlook at what were their answers.
The questionnaire has been sent to 230 persons, choosen at random from Copilote'e 1999-2000 client list. The scale goes from 1 -which is very unsatisfied- to 10 -which means that the client is very satisfied.
