Since 1986, Cooper Consulting has provided a complete range of
fully bilingual, professional and cost effective Human Resources
and Translation Services to clients in Federal Government
Departments, Central Agencies, Crown Corporations, Boards,
Special Operating Agencies, other levels of government and to
clients in the private, non-governmental and voluntary sectors
in Ottawa and across Canada.

The Company has participated in some of the largest Human
Resources projects in the Canadian Government requiring the
provision of holistic services in several fields of expertise
(e.g., organization design, work description writing,
classification, staffing and change management). These projects
include the restructuring of entire government departments, or
of significant components of their organization, the creation of
new Agencies and the re-engineering of business lines and
national business processes.

As part of our commitment to our clients the Company has

all aspects of our service delivery. We ensure ongoing
leadership and expert advice for each project, the orderly

In addition to offering the full range of traditional Staffing
services, the Company develops and implements strategic and
forward-looking Recruitment and Staffing approaches. These are
geared at enhancing and facilitating client organizations
transition to the context and demands of the knowledge based
economy. They also effectively harmonize and link the work force
and its human resources to client organizations strategic
imperatives and business and service delivery orientations and
priorities.

The Company can also work with clients to develop specific
strategies and approaches to optimize their recruitment of the
best-qualified employees to meet their organizations current
and long-term policy, program and business requirements and
applications. This can involve University, Vocational and
Technical recruitment in Canada and at the international level.
As well, the Company can develop and produce the materials
required for recruitment fairs and assist departmental staff in
the on-site delivery of recruitment services at these fora.

The Company has a wide range of contacts with senior officials
of in all federal government departments, Central Agencies and
the Office of the Auditor General of Canada, which can be
valuable in the delivery of the Companys services and products.
