• Dm1000: Dry Product Filler

  The DM1000 can handle all types of dry products, such as sugar, candies, spices, coffee, flour, rice, olives, diced fruits, nails, nuts and bolts, etc. This filler is ideal when there are different products because product and volume changeovers are fast and simple. Weight capacity: 0.1 to 11 lbs; 50 to 5.000 g. Speed: up to 30 containers per minute, depending on the product and weight. Accuracy: 0.5 % of the target weight

• Dv1000: Piston Filler For Liquids

  The DV1000 is a compact, flexible and affordable volumetric filler. It is the perfect machine for almost all liquid products such as soup, salsa, yogurt, sauce, or chemicals like liquid soap or paint. Fill quantity varies from 2 to 190 oz; 0.05 to 6 liters. Speed: up to 50 containers per minute depending on the volume and the product. Accuracy: 0.5 % of the target weight.

• Dv2000: Prepared Salad Filler

  Prepared salad producers can finally buy a filler designed expressly for their requirements. The new DV2000 is the result of years of research in the viscous product-filling field. The results are conclusive: the DV2000 is simpler, more accurate, and much less expensive than most rotary vane fillers which were originally designed for stuffing sausages. Fill quantity varies from 3, 5 to 59 oz; 0.1 to 1.75 l. Fills up to 50 cups per minute, depending on the product and volume. Accuracy: 0.5 % of the target volume.

• Fds 3500: Automatic Filling Line

  This machine combines our automatic packaging lines reliability with the efficiency of one or more of our fillers. This integrated packaging line is competitively priced and is designed for both small businesses and large multinational corporations. Packages round, square, oval or rectangular containers and lids. Container dimensions: 4 oz to 4.5 gls (US); 0.125 to 17 l.

• Fds1500: Automatic Capping Machine

  This ingenious, reliable machine closes up to 2, 400 containers per hour. It automatically places the caps on containers and tightens them. Container changeovers are done in minutes. Caps round, square, oval or rectangular plastic containers from 4 to 576 oz; 0.125 to 17 l. Maximum speed: 40 cpm.

• Fds2500: Automatic Packaging Line

  The FDS2500 dispenses containers, activates the filler, places caps and tightens them at a rate of 40 tubs per minute. This automatic packaging lines reliability and flexibility will boost your productivity considerably. Packages round, square, oval or rectangular containers. Container dimensions: 4 oz to 4.5 gls (US); 0.125 to 17 l.

• Fs1000: Pneumatic Capper

  This pneumatic capper is ideal for industrial containers that are very difficult to close manually. The FS1000 is flexible and affordable. It is perfect for low-volume production. Closes containers from 0.25 to 5 gls; 1 to 22 liters.

• Fs1500: Semiautomatic Roller Capper

  This capping machine is simple and efficient. The motorized conveyor speeds up production while reducing the time required for the packaging process. Changeovers for different-size containers are done in seconds without tools. Caps round, square, oval or rectangular plastic containers from 4 to 576 oz;
