PCM and V.24, RS232C, V.11, X.21, V.36, RS449 and

Telecom Test Equipment - Tims
The Consultronics Auto-TIMS is an automatic transmission
measuring set for evaluating the quality of dial up and leased
data lines. The Auto-tims III also supports testing copper cable
for carrying xDSL services. ITU-T (European and World) and North
American versions are available.

The Consultronics NQMSlite and NQMSplus are systems that monitor
entire national, public or enterprise wide networks for quality
