In December of 1989, Pierremont merged with Colliers Macaulay Nicolls Inc. and in 1997 came to be known as Colliers International. As the largest independent commercial real estate brokerage company in Canada, our gross revenue for 1997 was in excess of $80 million representing an increase of 23% over 1996.
