Prior to undertaking his graduate degree Joe worked for the Federal Public Service in Human Resources Management for several years. While attending graduate school, Joe was employed as the Manager of Human Resources, North America operations for the Australian Public Service in Washington DC. Masters of Science degree in Applied Behavioural Science with a specialization in organizational development.
