- Wrote technical security document on implementing remote interfaces to the BIDS project for PWGSC. This included the evaluation of current security measures for PWGSC Databases and recommended means to ensure continued security. Recommendations adopted.
- Claremont Communications designed, planned, and implemented successful muti-vendor demonstration of the Canadian Automated Building Protocol gateways and Workstation. This project required the linking for remote control of three Health Canada Buildings (Laboratory Centre for Disease Control, Banting Research Building and Health Protection Building) Tunney's Pasture Campus for continuous monitoring. An additional aspect was the linking of the Radiation Protection Building 15 km away through fiber cabling. This was the first such demonstration of CAB Protocol outside of the Lab.

Technical Advisor to Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) senior management. since 1995. Wrote and edited thirteen Technical Manuals for PWGSC CAB Protocol program. This work included material for submission into the National Master Specification. Implemented Request For Comments program for PWGSC CAB Protocol program. This was part of a requirement for an application to the International Standards Organization (ISO).
