Evaluated and implemented freight management systems resulting in excess of $1.5 million in cost savings with visibility, accountability and control of service demands. Standardized inter-modal delivery processes, measured performance and implemented reporting tools resulting in a cost avoidance of $1 million, 50% increase in market share and enhanced service reliability. Designed and implemented automated customs clearance process, reducing documentation process time by 95%. Redesigned warehouse and traffic departments resulting in the reduction of 45% temporary workforce. Injected Continuous Process Improvement methodologies into the procurement process resulting in an increase in customer confidence and $1.5 million cost avoidance. Lead the design, layout and project management of a 180K sq. ft. centralized warehouse facility.

Sandra has a B. A. from York University and is a graduate and active member of the Canadian Institute of Traffic and Transportation (CITT) and Barrie Chamber of Commerce.
