CEC's objective is to provide comprehensive engineering services
safely, at a better value to the client, and with the economics
of each task in mind. This is done by efficiently engineering
the project, getting it right the first time.

CEC is in the position to blend in with the clients existing
staff to provide services in the following areas to implement
the proposed project, acting as the client's project
representative:
*Project Engineering and Management
*Assistance in project structuring
*Assistance in the development of corporate strategies to
implement the project.
*Assistance in debt financing and negotiations with
lenders
*Assistance in the marketing surveys and market
development activities
*Assistance in the site selection and examination of
logistics
*Assistance in environmental permits
*Definition of project scope and preparation of project
bid document
*EPC Contractor bidding and selection
*Design Basis for the project

As an extension of project structuring, CEC will work in
conjunction with the process licensors, by incorporating the
latest, proven process technology features, analysis, review and
engineering decisions.
