members of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA). All three principals are IFMA Fellows. Carroll Thatcher, the founder, and Guy Thatcher,
Principal, developed and delivered distance learning courses as part of the Michigan State University Facility Management
Master's Level Certificate Program. In 1999, Carroll Thatcher was awarded the IFMA Distinguished
Author Award for Instructional Materials. Meredith Thatcher and Carroll Thatcher are Certified Facility Managers; Guy
