We started in the fish business in 1943 producing fresh caught fish sold in a frozen whole product to Southern fish buyers (Burns & Canada Packers).
1949-50 - Started peddling frozen fish. 1951-59 - Sold fresh fish to Sask. Govt Fish Serv. 1959-69 - Co-op Fisheries handled all Sask. fish. 1969 to date - Most fish are handled by FFMC - Wpg. 1975 - Started filleting on our own & sold fish down South also whole fish. 1987 - Build fish plant and processed own fish plus purchasing fish from other fishermen. 1996-99 - Sales increased and became province-wide with salesmen going door-to-door across the province in towns and country.

All our fillets are individually sealed in a plastic tube, packaged in a four lb. bag with co. name, product name and cut in bag. Bags are sold to salesmen truckers who travel province-wide door-to-door making sales.
