- Cargo Bed was developed in 1987 by Ronald F. Carlson and has
been continuously manufactured and marketed troughout the globe since 1989. A name change took place in 1993 to Rolling Cargo Bed Inc. Due to the International flavour of the companies operations- the company has again changed it's name to Cargo Bed International Inc. Patents were first applied in 1987. In 1995- Rolling Cargo Bed Inc. developed a new manufacturing plant in Edmonton to accomodate the New Model Line of Cargo Beds. Cargo Bed units now surround the globe. Marketing is strong in Canada through a Dealer/Distributor network and the United States is a focus at this time. Cargo Beds have shipped to virtually every Country and sales have developed exponentially.
