CAR-SAN MANUFACTURING LIMITED is a small, privately owned firm with 15 full-time employees. We have been in business in the Waterloo area for over 13 years providing Electronic Manufacturing Services.
Our focus is in PTH (plated through-hole) and SMT (surface mount technology), working with volumes ranging from small quantities (ie. prototype runs, limited production runs) up to medium volumes.
We are interested in persuing business with companies who wish to establish a long term relationship with Car-San as an extension of their own in-house production; we are not interested in short term goals of immediate cost reductions and finger-pointing. Many of our long-term customers have been with us for 10 PLUS YEARS!
We provide excellent work, on-time deliveries, and a no-nonsense repair and return policy, as well as a friendly and professional staff.
We constantly work with our customers to try and reduce costs by suggesting changes, which would reduce assembly, inspection or testing costs yet maintain our high level of quality.
We are current members of the SMTA, ESD/EOS Association and work to the most current IPC / Joint Industry Standards. We are also ISO 9002 compliant and it is in our mandate to obtain certification within the next two years.
