Capital Underwriters Corporation (CUC) is a privately held
Canadian owned company that has financed in excess of $1.0
billion for its customers and vendors since 1992. Ten years
later in early 2002, Canada Life Assurance Company became a
minority institutional partner in Capital Underwriters. CUC
takes pride in thinking outside of the box by providing
financing solutions that work. We provide financing for most
types of equipment through a variety of capital or operating
lease and loan instruments to large and small customers, both
in the public and private sectors. While the most common
requests are for mid cap ($20K-2.0MM) transactions, CUC also
has the capability and expertise to facilitate financing
options ranging from small ticket deals through to structured
finance facilities. In addition, Capital Underwriters offers
vendor finance programs to selected manufacturers and
