  Canadian Dip Mouldings offers tooling costs lower than any other form of plastic moulding process with prototype samples from drawing to finished moulding in one to two weeks and production quantities within one month.

  The cost per moulding can replace many other more expensive parts. Mouldings are available in a variety of textures, harnesses and colours, together with resistance to a wide variation of temperatures and chemical environments. They can be manufactured in any shape form the simplest to the most complex design with no gate or pin marks, weld joints or other surface defects. All mouldings are completely flash free. Internal or external ribs, slots or openings are all easily incorporated into the design of the moulding. Special instructions or your company name, address or logo can be printed on the surface - just supply a facsimile of what you require and we will do the rest.
