Media and public relations

The marketing of products, services and ideas can be greatly
enhanced by timely coverage in the appropriate media of print,
radio, television and the Internet. Used strategically, media
coverage can help leverage the dollars committed to a
promotional advertising campaign, or provide support to sales
representatives when they enter new markets. The opportunities
to obtain coverage are numerous, encompassing coverage in
trade magazines and industry journals, daily and weekly
newspapers, radio and television news programs and talk
shows, and Web sites and discussion groups on new
communications channels such as the Internet.
It is vital that all media coverage be organized to reach the
client's business objectives.

Corporate communications

In today's fast-paced business world, it is not enough to ensure
products and services receive market attention. It is important
that the corporate perspective be communicated strategically
to ensure the company is positioned as an industry leader.
Communications programs available in this area include speech
writing and development, community relations programs, corporate
donations, customer relations, investor communications, and image
advertising designed to develop a position of strength and
leadership within the company's target markets. Our personnel
have also had experience assisting corporations in changing their
logo and company name and in the strategic communications aspects
of the launch of new companies and public services.

Event management and media promotion

Corporate events present an opportunity to communicate with
important groups and key audiences; they advance company
interests in a public setting. In the past, our company personnel
have provided counsel and handled all details involved in
organizing media and investor relations tours, company
receptions, open houses, AGMs and other corporate gatherings.
We have also worked closely with our clients to ensure that
events they organize or sponsor are well covered by the media.

Writing and editorial services

Campbell & Company delivers clear, concise and informative
writing for client brochures, newsletters, speeches, trade
magazine articles and investor notices. The company provides
assistance to clients at every level -- from the start of
research and the early drafts to simply polishing the client's
final versions; these are all designed to ensure client-written
communications are professionally produced and represent the
company well in the marketplace.

Financial and investor communications

Information is power. In today's era of expanding information
needs, financial analysts and investors require factual,
jargon-free information and analysis that will place the company
and its products in context. We bring our business knowledge,
extensive writing skills and client experience to the table to
produce newsletters, investor bulletins, financial news releases
and analytical reports that provide the information and, more
importantly, the financial context in which investors make
informed investment decisions.

Advertising, print production, design and typesetting

Advertising, printed brochures, newsletters, business cards,
folders, letterheads and other materials represent the company's
products and services in situations in which the company's
employees are not present. We work within the corporate budget
to ensure the client's promotional advertising delivers the best
possible value for money and professionally designed brochures,
newsletters, advertisements, and other informational pieces.

Market research, customer surveys and focus groups

Customer research is vital to ensuring the client is
communicating the correct information to the right customers.
Campbell & Company conducts customer surveys, interviews and
focus groups and organizes other kinds of market intelligence
research designed to help clients determine what opportunities
are available.

Presentation skills and media interview training

AGMs, investor briefings, speeches, sales presentations,
television interviews and employee gatherings present the
opportunity for senior management to convey key messages --
not only about their company and its products but also about
their ability to manage. Television interview practice and
feedback on presentation styles provide executives with the
assurance they are communicating with maximum effectiveness
to key audiences.

Product launches

Literally thousands of new products are launched into the
marketplace on a weekly basis. To ensure these products succeed,
every possible promotional avenue must be utilized as potential
tools for building awareness and sales. Personal sales calls,
direct mail, brochures, and advertising can be leveraged by a
sophisticated program of news releases and media relations aimed
at specific industry markets and the trade journals, magazines
and shows read by the targeted industry professionals. New
product reviews by the media have the ability to inform hundreds
or thousands of potential customers all at once and should be
strategically timed to assist the sales force as they are seeking
to make crucial early sales.

Issues management

Every association, company or project encounters turbulence --
problems and issues with customer, employee or stakeholder
satisfaction that must be addressed if the organization is to
operate at maximum effectiveness. These situations are often
complex, dealing with short-term and long-term issues; they
need to be managed from a long range perspective to ensure the
company's reputation is well maintained during ongoing daily
activities.

Trade shows and conferences

Trade shows and conferences provide excellent opportunities
for the media to report on new industry developments, due to
the leading-edge status of the exhibitors and world-class
speakers who attend. To ensure the continued growth of the
trade show or conference, we recommend the strategic planners
develop a communications plan designed to deliver maximum
coverage for the event from the trade media, daily newspapers
and television stations. It is vital annual and biannual show
managers work closely with trade media and the daily press in
order to build awareness and professional visitor loyalty for
subsequent events.
