Miraware Managed Solution
All MIRAWARE Modules are offered as off-the-shelf solutions or as
a Managed Solution. The off-the-shelf option appeals to
primarily large companies with a skilled technical staff that
plan on installing and maintaining their MIRAWARE eSolution
in-house. The server(s) and data are housed at your site, and
you will purchase a licensing fee from VisionState. Companies
that opt for an off-the-shelf solution receive both a user manual
and a customization manual to assist them in managing a virtual
mall, coordinate a B-to-B site, run an auction, or roll out an
information exchange. VisionState's technical personnel are made
available for training and maintenance for a fee.
The MIRAWARE Managed Solution benefits primarily smaller
companies that seek a very convenient and cost-effective
partnership with VisionState. VisionState is responsible for the
following:
- locally hosting the client's server(s)
- guaranteed site performance - no downtime
- providing access to our high-speed, fiber optic connection
