C.J. Maclellan & Associates Incorporated
C.J. MacLellan & Associates Ltd. was incorporated as a firm of
Consulting Engineers and Planners in Antigonish, Nova Scotia
during January, 1973. The Firm's prime geographical sector is
Nova Scotia in Atlantic Canada, although projects have been
completed in the USA as well as several African and Caribbean
Countries in the past 10 years. A branch office was opened in
Sydney in 1988 and from 1993 to 1996 this branch office operated
as a Joint Venture with UMA Engineering Ltd. The firm has
traditionally formed consortia to supplement the firms base
strengths as demonstrated by a current group venture,
Northumberland Consultants Ltd. who have undertaken a number of
Oil and Gas projects including clients such as SOEI, M&NE, and
Sempra. Since November 1992 corporate ownership was expanded to include fourteen employees and the name was changed
to C.J. MacLellan & Associates Inc. The firm has averaged staff
levels of 20 people and has completed studies, design and
administration of more than 6600 projects. The staff includes
eight professionals, five of whom have more than ten years
experience.
