Bluepath Industries Ltd. manufactures Bingo Ink Markers and
refills in 3 different varieties with 6 colours in each variety.
These products are used in most Bingo Halls to mark the number
called while playing bingo. The majority of sales are to the
Bingo Hall establishments, through distributors as well as the
food, drug and wholesale outlets.

The company continues to develop exceptional innovative quality
products. The Chunkie Childrens` Washable Marker has received
outstanding awards for 1997. A new tip provides fine line for
detail and wide lines for quicker coverage.

1997 has brought a new and original concept in applying face
paint. The vibrant colours are professional quality, easily
washable water-based make-up. These ready to use liquid filled
paint markers will cover up to 30 faces each.

Bluepath Industries is constantly working in the research and
development stages to keep up to changes. The company has
developed its own unique system of production which makes it very
competitive in the market place.

CURRENT GEOGRAPHICAL MARKETING ACTIVITY
An average of 20% of export sales go to the U.S.A. The company
expects this to increase substantially over 1997 with the
introduction of the new Children`s Marker and Face Paint.

GEOGRAPHICAL MARKETING PRIORITIES/MARKETING STRATEGY
Bluepath Industries is marketing its product in Canada and
expanding into the U.S.A., Europe, Australia and New Zealand. A
manufacturing plant was opened in North Ireland in 1996. The
company is always looking for more distributors world wide.
Bluepath Industries would consider licensing arrangements with
any trading country to help broaden its product line. The
company participates in world wide Trade Shows with more
scheduled in 1998.
