OUR UNIQUE APPROACH:
Our team invests a significant amount of time at our clients to ensure that we understand their business before any contract is signed. We start by performing a Diagnostic, where we spend time understanding your unique processes and where the functional gaps are. The next step is to determine how to best fill those gaps, then follow up with the total cost for the project and the risks assessment associated with the project. Thus before you sign on the line you know what the solution will cost, you know the effort required to get it running, any associated risks, and what roles each of our organizations will play to make the project happen. We do not subscribe to the demo, sign contract, and hope the project works approach, that many of our competitors follow. We also allow you to determine how much of the solution you want now. Our products are very granular thus we can implement it over time should your budget or time require. You can start with just the Finance piece, or ju! st General Ledger, or just with product granules within General ledger. You can start with manufacturing, distribution, document management, or EAI, the choice is yours. Blue Habanero does not force you to buy all your users up front, you buy them as you need them. Blue Habanero wants to be your technology partner, both today and tomorrow. We can do this as we are not quarterly driven, we are driven to service you the best way possible and to drive the maximum value from our portfolio of software products. We want a few good customers we can grow with. Customers we can service, and service well. Thus if we don't have the correct solution for your account, we will tell you, because we don't want the pain associated with forcing a square peg in round holes.

Blue Habanero was founded to provide high quality solutions to growing companies. Too many companies were buying expensive solutions without the hope of ever getting a decent return on their investment, let alone getting them operational. Our approach was to find products that were Easy to Use, Implement, and Modify. We believe in the KIS approach. Although we are also involved in some very complex systems and their implementations, most mid market companies do not have the infrastructure or the capabilities to support these systems, however they need the answers to these complex systems. As a result Blue Habanero was established to provide robust solutions that provided value and were affordable from the get go.
