Bennett Young provides completely integrated surveying services for land development from the initial boundary survey to topographical mapping for engineering and design through to the final Plan.

Integrated legal surveys include reference plans, strata reference plans, boundary act plans and streetline plans, These plans are fully integrated into the Co-ordinate Systems.

Engineering surveys include the laying-out and checking of contractors work, contract drawings and engineering plans and the monitoring of movement and building settlement. The company provides digital terrain modeling and cross-sections for engineering design and calculations.

The Geographic Information Systems (GIS) project in which the company has been involved includes systems for the Town of Markham and Manatee County, Florida. Bennett Young was a pioneer in the Ontario Polaris project, completing several blocks in London, Ontario as part of the pilot project.

Bennett Young also provides custom programming and consulting in the Intergraph, MicroStation graphics environment.

Global Positioning Systems (GPS) have been used on several projects for the acquisition of Geodetic Control. The firm's most recent project involved real time GPS to produce standard labeled road networks (SLRN) and Ontario Base Mapping (OBM) updates.
