Beaver Window and Awning Cleaners Inc. opened in 1960. We pride ourselves on the fact that the customers we had over 40 years ago are still with us today. Window and awning cleaning has been an integral part of our company. Our team is professional, courteous and discreet in their surrounding environments. We service residential, industrial and commercial sectors involving acid wash and construction cleans of any windows, frames, mirrors, atriums, solariums, retail glass and more. We are fully insured with property and liability insurance. We also will replace any old caulking with new.

We pressure-wash & power sweep underground garages, parking lots, patios, sidewalks and terraces. Our property maintenance team is fully equipped to handle any job, from snowplowing in the winter to landscaping in the summer. Some added features are line painting, and asphalt sealing. All of Beavers integrated services are designed to service you most conveniently, reliably and efficiently.

Our landscaping team would be happy to offer their suggestions to find an artistic design to suit your personal taste. We can prepare a property plan from scratch (planting trees, shrubbery and installing retaining walls). There is also the option of working with your present property layout and enhancing the beauty of it (interlocking, rockery and fence building). We offer concrete stamping with a full choice of design and interlock. Our experienced staff can build or repair any structural retaining wall.

Our snow removal teams are well-trained professionals. We do not use brokers; everything is done by our staff. We have kept up with all the regulations of Ministry Of Transportation. We were recently audited by the Ministry and came out with exceptionally high marks in Vehicle Maintenance, Drivers records. All of our trucks are radio dispatched for quick and efficient service. We have a very large fleet of Front-End Loader, Dump Trucks and Plow Trucks for snow removal. We have full insurance coverage and Workers Compensation protection.

Please also keep in mind our other services: Our restoration division restores marble, brick, aluminum and tile. Our sandblasting and high-pressure systems can handle anything from complete restoration to irritating graffiti problems. We have developed an anti-graffiti repellent guaranteed for 10 years.
