Workplace First Disability Management Program Disability Management is a collaborative strategy that optimizes the health and productivity of an organization's workforce through prevention, education, rehabilitation, stay at work, and return to work services. Components of this program include (but are not limited to) the following: company audit/needs analysis, policy and procedures development, job demand analysis, functional capacity evaluations, workplace assessments, educational seminars, medical examinations, occupational and physical therapists assessments, return to work planning, coordination, and implementation, physical and psychological rehabilitation, etc.

Stride Depression Management Program Stride Depression Management Program assists clients who have been diagnosed with depression to return to work. Stride helps clients become more active and functional by reducing symptoms through cognitive-behavioural interventions, active rehabilitation, and coordinated return to work program. Components of this program include (but are not limited to) the following: assessment, coordinated treatment planning with other health providers, treatment conferences, physical activity in the community or at one of Back in Motion's clinics, cognitive-behavioural treatment and education based on Chageways treatment, return to work planning, coordination, monitoring and support, etc.

Compass Comprehensive Assessment Services Compass Comprehensive Assessment Services provide clear, specific, and practical recommendations to our customers and clients. Compass services help answer medical, functional ability, psychological, vocational and learning disability questions. Compass services include learning disability & Vocational Assessment, Psycho-Vocational Assessment, Functional Capacity Evaluation, Aptitude & Vocational Interest Testing, Achievement Testing, and Complex File & Medico-legal Assessment.

Triumph Vocational Services Triumph Vocational Services provides support and skills development for persons with disabilities who are seeking to enter or re-enter the workforce. Triumph assist client through Pre-Employment Services (PES) and Planning & Employment Servies (P&E). Triumph services include (but are not limited to) the following: career exploration, computer workshops, skills training, work experience, job search, job coaching, physical reactivation, disability management, labour market information, job task/analysis, psychovocational assessments, neuropsychological assessments, learning disability assessments, employment counselling, etc.

Health Enhancement Program Back in Motion provides corporations with assistance to help their key people maximize performance and effectiveness, enabling them to carry out their positions and responsibilities at the highest levels possible. Services include (but are not limited to) the following: medical management, rehabilitation, expedited tests and specialists appointments, exercise, diet coaching and support, and arranging surgical consultation if needed.
