Quickly answering this call are human resource performance trainers Ajay M. Pangarkar and Teresa Kirkwood. Through their company Business Sense International (BSI), they deliver the most current and innovative management and organizational performance enhancement programs available.

Background of Founders:

BSI's success results from the founders' revolutionary attitude within the training and workplace environment. Ajay possess 12 years of industry experience in both small companies and multinationals. He combines a strong educational background in international business, marketing and finance with workplace performance training skills. Teresa brings over 10 years of production and marketing management experience with strong academic qualifications in management and marketing. Both are currently pursuing their diplomas in Adult Education.

Accomplishments:

Recent company accomplishments include nominations for Entrepreneur of the Year for 1997 by Ernst & Young Quebec and the West Island Chamber of Commerce. Ajay's naming to the International Who's Who of Professional Management places him in the company of renowned and innovative world business leaders.

Media Experience:

Recognizing business and community needs, Ajay and Teresa created, produced, and hosted a successful business television program, titled Making Business Sense, for 6 consecutive seasons. They are regular guests on local media including CJAD 800, CKGM 990, and CFCF 12 On-Line Montreal. Currently, they write a workplace and human resource article for the nationally distributed business magazine Your Office.

Community Contribution:

Ajay and Teresa contribute extensively to educational institutions and community organizations. Both teach for the Adult Education sector of the Lester B. Pearson school board and created an entrepreneurial-business curriculum receiving accreditation from the Quebec Ministry of Education. Ajay is a member of the Board of Governors for the Cartier Adult Education Center. They deliver educational seminars to many Montreal community organizations and preside on their board of directors and organizing committees.

Ajay is a member of the prestigious Intercultural Development Committee directly advising the Mayor of Montreal. He participates on related sub-committees affecting the future direction and the socioeconomic development of Montreal's cultural communities.
