BP Canada Energy Company (formerly Amoco Canada Petroleum
Company) explores for, produces, processes and markets natural
gas and its derivatives. BP Canada has reserves in Western and
Northern Canada and off-shore Eastern Canada, and is part of
BP's North American natural gas marketing network.

BP Canada operates several natural gas liquid (NGL) facilities,
including extraction, gathering and processing facilities in
Alberta and fractionation, storage and distribution facilities
in Eastern Canada and the United States. BP Canada markets NGLS
in North America.

BP Canada Chemicals operates a Linear Alpha Olefins (LAO)
facility in Joffre, Alberta. LAOs are used to produce many
consumer and industrial products, including plastics, synthetic
lubricants and detergents. BP Canada also markets and trades oil
in North America, mainly Canada.
