BKC Facilitation Plus, a division of BKC Resources Inc., is a growing Ottawa-based consulting firm that offers specialized services in the areas of facilitated learning, management consulting, and organizational development and business planning for information-technology teams.

To build effective relationships and deliver valuable results, BKC's services are grouped into three areas: Facilitated Learning, Facilitation and Organizational Development, and Management Consulting.

Facilitated Learning
Our facilitated learning programs encourage clients to build on their own experiences while exploring current and relevant work situations. Through our structured approach to learning, we actively transfer our clients' newly acquired skill-sets from the classroom to the workplace. We tailor each session to help clients identify, develop and implement customized methods in their particular environments. BKC has created and refined two successful facilitated-learning programs:

Facilitation and Organizational Development
BKC's organizational development services enable groups to cooperatively and effectively complete tasks, reach milestones or establish consensus. BKC's constructive efforts range from facilitating brainstorming sessions, workshops and focus groups to coaching groups in action planning, problem solving and conflict resolution. Throughout our sessions, BKC's facilitation consultants work diligently to inject energy into groups and ensure each voice is heard.

Management Consulting
Our vast experience with a wide variety of corporate cultures and business processes enhances our comprehensive management consulting services. We draw on our expansive network of qualified, seasoned professionals and assemble the appropriate resources, skills and knowledge to meet and surpass client requirements. Examples of BKC's consulting services include competency profiling, business analysis, and strategic writing and editing, as well as project and transition management.
