Geomatics and GIS give a lot of posibilities for land management. Public and private administrators will need it to planify their developpement.
Project consists of preparing inventories of encroachments by private and public entities on the gas pipeline easements in Metropolitan Montreal, including the Cities of Laval and Longueuil. BGJLR has developed a GIS/LIS database to manage and integrate multi-source data including, vector maps, orthoairphotos and high resolution satellite orthoimagery. Services include encroachment identification, spatial analysis, Emergency Measures Plans and report production.
Program of cadastral renewal and production for the Qubec Government, more than 400, 000 properties in 82 contracts. SOW includes quality control of the entire production process related to mapping, cadastral data, GIS, topographic surveys, geodetic survey, legal aspects and any other production related to land surveying, geomatics development and production.
Production of agricultural crop and natural vegetation maps (1: 20 000) using high resolution optical satellite images and development and implementation of crop monitoring capability using multidate RADARSAT images.
