  Bevco's standard conveyor package includes many items only available as options by competitors. Catenary guards and hinged sprocket covers are just two examples of the many items Bevco includes in the basic conveyor. Bevco's modular design offers flexibility and is simple to assemble. Each section of the conveyor line has been pre-assembled in the shop, then numbered and separated for shipping. Legs, drives, chains and other attachments are crated separately to avoid damage. Bevco's shop drawings will make your installation quick and easy.

  Hardware

  • Line controls using Allen-Bradley family of controllers as

  standard

  • All major controllers can be used as an option, i. e. Modicon,

  Omron, etc.

  • Allen-Bradley AC inverters are standard. Others available as

  an option.

  • Custom designed and built control panels. All control panels

  are assembled, programmed and pre-tested prior to shipment to reduce start up time. SYSTEM

  • Integration of major components [Filler, Labeller, Packer,

  etc] to provide coordinated line control.

  • Various levels of control can be provided from basic

  stop/start control to full line control featuring AC frequency inverters with analog control and operator interfaces.

  • Analog control of the conveyor frequency inverters allow speed

  of the major equipment. Provides smooth ramping of conveyors, eliminates the need to reset conveyor speeds when filler speed changes on different container sizes.

  • Operator interfaces can be provided to allow graphic display

  of line condititons and line control as well as production down time reporting.

  • Complete commissioning and strart up assistance provided.

  Training of operators and plant maintenance on system operation and maintenance.

  Choice of water or air rinsers with options to preheat glass or condition rinse media. Fully adjustable for different container sizes without changing parts. Models available to speeds of 1200 bpm.

• High Level Bulk Depalletizer

  High Level Bulk Depalletizer - Designed to automatically depalletize layers of containers from a pallet and sweep them on to the depalletizer's transport/accumulation table

• High Speed Elevator / Lowerator

  High Speed Elevator/Lowerator Fast line speeds to 1200 containers per minute. Fully adjustable to accommodate round and non-round containers to 9' wide. Variable elevation options available.

• Hot Pack Rinser

  The Bevco 'HOT PACK' rinser has been developed to prevent thermal shock and related breakage of containers during the hot filling process.
