Axiomatic Technologies Corporation designs and manufactures a line of electro-hydraulic controls and valves for industrial and mobile equipment. Our technical development team combines electronics and hydraulics applications engineering to develop custom valve drivers for OEMs. Our rugged solenoid drivers for proportional solenoids can be mounted remotely or directly on the solenoid. We developed integral electronics for the high performance Microhydraulics Inc. four-way cartridge valve and family of CETOP valves.
Over its twelve year history, Axiomatic has invested in product development to create a family of industrial electronic control modules based on the latest technology. Innovations in industrial automation include industrial signal multiplexer systems, Devicenet remote I/O and Profibus protocol converters. Flowserve Corporation, a leader in valve automation and control technology, launched BUSwitchv (Profibus Trade Organization certified) featuring an Axiomatic embedded controller to allow control and monitoring of automated on/off quarter-turn valves. Axiomatic offers contract development of products for compatibility with Profibus, Modbus, Devicenet and other protocols.
The company's surge suppressor technology is used to protect Toronto Metro Transit Authority traffic light control systems from unexpected power surges and other undesired electrical transients. Axiomatic developed a sophisticated robotics control used by RAM Center Inc. (McDonald's Restaurants) for the preparation of very high volume french fries to exacting standards. A rugged and reliable DC-DC converter was developed for use on Caterpillar Inc.'s large engine product line in addition to other electronic modules.
Other specialized products include a line of software diskette duplicators sold directly and through dealers around the world. Signal conditioning modules, maintenance communications systems used on commercial aircraft and LED displays for airports, train stations and opera houses are other examples of the varied uses of Axiomatic's technology.

Axiomatic bridges the two worlds of hydraulics and electronics engineering to offer advanced Electro-hydraulic control products for industrial and mobile equipment. Our rugged Connector Amplifier drives proportional solenoids. It features independent ramps, dither and current adjustments and will connect to hydraulic and pneumatic solenoid valves with a DIN 43 650 connection. This design is also available in a panel mount model.
Axiomatic valve drivers customized for Microhydraulics Inc. and other OEM 4-way cartridge and CETOP valves allow for a totally integrated valve design, offering high performance.

Get on the fast track to Profibus-DP and DeviceNet compatibility! Axiomatics engineers provide hardware and software as well as product development to meet OEM specifications for the following industrial automation products:
Protocol Converter: This 8051 architecture based board allows users to interface between RS-232 or RS-485 based asynchronous devices and a PROFIBUS network. The Protocol Converter board connects directly to the PROFIBUS line interface to implement a complete ready-to-operate PROFIBUS-DP hardware peripheral.
Profibus Line Interface: This compact 'snap-in' line interface isolates the communications signal coming from a protocol processor to the PROFIBUS network.
Profibus I/O Controller: This embedded controller is adaptable to a wide variety of process control and custom applications. It conforms to PROFIBUS-DP protocol and offers reliable connectivity to many programmable master devices.
Remote I/O Board: The 24-Channel I/O board contains 24 optically coupled inputs and 24 optically coupled outputs. The board contains an onboard power supply and requires a single 24 Volt supply for operation. Communications with the board are via Profibus or DeviceNet.
