AxactSys Inc.'s mission is to provide software engineering and
mathematical/statistical analysis services for business and
engineering systems. The company's software engineering services
expertise is particularly strong in the areas of unambiguous,
testable systems/software requirements definition and
specification of detailed test and acceptance criteria.

The capabilities of the company are based upon the background
and experience of its President, Dr. Anilkumar Tailor who has
more than 20 years of software experience on software intensive
systems for environmental monitoring, industrial process
control, weapons systems, space robotics, signal processing and
schedule optimization for manufacturing operations. Dr. Tailor
made significant contributions to the development of software
requirements for the Space Station CanadaArm control software
and system requirements for the Integration Facility for the
Space Station Robotics components.

The predecessor of AxactSys, Analytic Systems, provided custom
software solutions for generation of Inventory, Sales and
Booking reports to textile wholesalers on SCO Unix and MS
Windows platforms.
