Upon request and on a reasonable notice, AVIA can assist and provide the necessary personnel, ISTAT member, duly qualified and certified by TC, FAA, CAA and/or other regulatory body to complete all the inspection programme that is necessary.

  With the advent of 'relaxed regulation' and the passing of the new Canadian Transportation Act 1996 in Canada, it is still necessary to make specific applications to the Canadian Transportation Agency.
