Avant Business Consulting Inc. was founded by Roxanne MacLeod in 1999.

Roxanne is a passionate, skilled and experienced strategic thinker and facilitator.

As a consultant, speaker and author, she has helped public and private entities throughout Canada, the US and Europe develop meaningful strategies designed to deliver on the goals defined by the organization.

In her role as faculty member for the Canadian Management Centre and the American Management Association, Roxanne has had the privilege of facilitating practical applied learning for some of the most talented managers in North America.
