Architect - Feasibility Study
The specialized capabilities of the Firm include:
A) The design of facilities in which the integration of 'High
Technology systems forms a central component in the successful
operations of a facility enterprise; (For example, the Firm has
developed numerous industry facility standards for the
incorporation of sensitive Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)
technologies, within diagnostic Health Care environments. This
experience is also reflected in previous commissions concerned
with the integration of High-technology entertainment
installations, within large scale leisure resort facilities.)
B) The design of facilities in which 'High Culture', and Cultural
History, must find appropriate expression within working
environments, for the purposes of diplomacy and the fostering of
business relationships; (For example, the Firm has been
responsible for historical restorations of Queens' Park,
parliament buildings for the Province of Ontario)
C) The invention and development of facilities, systems or
processes, starting from a vaguely determined set of expressed
requirements. (For example, the Firm has designed cable
management systems and devices for incorporation within 'State of
the Art' computer facilities)
We have found that the evolution of common 'workplace
technologies' has eliminated many of the obstacles traditionally
associated with providing services to locations difficult to
access by transportation.
Where it is possible, it is our expressed preference to provide
specialized Design Service which supplements the work of local
consultants, who are better situated to attend to the prevailing
conditions of local politic.
The Firm is currently able, and available, to make an immediate
and positive contribution, wherever a telephone modem can be
installed.
