  Mobile Waste Water Recycle Processor Our Mobile Waste Water Recycle Processor has been developed as an extension of our high pressure water cleaning operations and industrial vacuum services.

  The unit consists of a 2, 000 gallon collection tank which may be filled by pump or vacuum producer. We have integrated a chemical feed system to allow us to both neutralize and settle out suspended solids and heavy metals.

  An oil separator is followed by a filtration unit consisting of sand, particulate and carbon filters. A final 1, 500 gallon storage tank integrates an ozone generator to destroy bacteria and algae.

  To allow cold weather operation and promote more efficient treatment, the unit is equipped with a fuel-fired 35 horsepower low pressure steam boiler.

  Solids will be collected by a solids bed filter and sealed in 45 gallon drum within the confines of the trailer for disposal at an appropriate site, while the treated water will be discharged to sanitary sewer after testing and monitoring, in accordance with M. O. E. requirements.
