Apikan Indigenous Network

Apikan Indigenous Network is a Canadian
based organization with unique expertise in Indigenous land
and biodiversity issues, international trade and development
initiatives, and Indigenous/corporate relations. Apikan works
closely with Indigenous organizations such as the World Council
of Indigenous Peoples and multi-lateral agencies such as the
United Nations Development Program. It has developed mechanisms
and financial methods to support Indigenous economic development
and participation in local, regional and international economies.
Apikan has facilitated many Indigenous business partnerships,
and has assisted in establishing joint ventures between
Indigenous businesses and private sector interests. Apikan
