We have experience in a wide range of fields including mechanical drawing, linear and digital electronics, metal machining, electronic soldering, light manufacturing and micro assembly. Because of this background we can take the theoretical concept of the project through to a practical design which is suitable for manufacturing of the item.
We designed and built a solder paste tack analyser to measure the tack strength of solder paste. The tensile testing machine uses a micro-controller to run the test and communicate the data to a computer. These machines are sold to the surface mount industry.
We also work in optics designing and testing systems that work in Ultraviolet or Infrared or wavelengths in between.
