In general, we use ancient machines: grain screeners and cleaners, grain de-huller, Woods 3 hp. steel grinder - one 8-stone mill and 3 smaller stone mills. Scales, bag closer, (one cleaner 1888 patent). One old grain roller.
We can produce flour, wheat, barley, rye, oat, buckwheat. We can roll (flake) etc. Make 7 grains cereal de-hulled barley, etc.
