OUR COMPANY Amero Communications is a language services provider for companies doing business in the Americas. We provide translation, interpretation (both consecutive and simultaneous) and other language services to facilitate communication between our clients and their clients and partners.
OUR SERVICES
Translation Amero translates written documents and other material, such as websites and meeting transcripts in the main languages of the Americas: English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese. Our work includes marketing material; websites; press kits and releases; government calls for tenders; technical manuals for the mining, oil and gas, and energy sectors; product user manuals for electronic devices and power tools; legal documents; Six Sigma course material; company literature and general business correspondence. Interpretation Amero also provides interpretation in these languages for conference calls, board meetings, press interviews, business trips and events such as annual industry conferences and shareholder meetings. Interpretation can either be consecutive, where the speaker and the interpreter alternate, or simultaneous, where the interpreter and the speaker both speak at the same time. Consecutive interpretation can be used in any setting, although it is preferable to reserve it for smaller venues such as one-on-one meetings and conference calls. Simultaneous interpretation can be used at all types of gatherings, given the proper equipment. Conferences require simultaneous interpretation provided from a soundproof booth and transmitted into the listeners headphones, which are connected to wireless receivers. Conference calls may also be simultaneously interpreted under certain circumstances.
