ALYSCO INTERNATIONAL GROUP INC. takes this opportunity to intro-
duce the company to you. We are graders and exporters of second-
hand clothes. We export good quality reuseable clothes from
Canada to different parts of the world.

Our standard packaging is small 100 lb. Bales (if required, we
can make any other weight packaging) of Sorted and Graded clothes
wrapped in antimoisture plastic paper with six metal strapes, and
an identifying label of the contents is put in the bale. We also
have 1000 lb. Large Bales of unsorted used clothing for companies
who buy in bulk.

A 40 foot container would hold between 500 to 525 small bales of
clothing depending on the mix of merchandise and a 20 foot con-
tainer would be half the quantity. The quantity of the larger
bales varies, however, a 40 foot container will hold between
45,000 to 50,000 pounds.

Interestingly, our business provides a unique service to con-
sumers, who otherwise can not afford new clothes, to dress well
at a reasonable price. At the same time, our business is en-
vironmentally-friendly, where by, it recycles discarded clothes,
which would otherwise end up in landfill sites.

ALYSCO INTERNATIONAL GROUP INC. currently ships 8 to 10, 40 foot
containers a month and has a capability to sort and grade more
as required. The company's Head Office is located in Toronto,
Canada. All marketing is done through the head office.

We currently export our products to East African nations of
Uganda, Tanzania, Kenya, Malawi, etc. While ALYSCO INTERNATIONAL
GROUP INC., is interested in pursuing and developing sales world-
wide. Other parts of Africa, former USSR, India, Pakistan, Far
Eastern countries, Middle East, South America and Cuba have been
identified as priority markets.
