Altavision was contracted to provide information to support targeted marketing for a residential development in a major Canadian city. The project presented a challenge because construction was nearing completion and sales were far below the developers initial expectations. In consultation with the developer, Altavision developed a demographic profile of the complexs intended clientele and identified target market neighbourhoods within the metropolitan area and nearby smaller cities that fit the projects client profile.
Altavision used this analysis to develop a database of six-digit postal codes and names and addresses of qualified prospects living in the target neighbourhoods. Using Altavisions market maps and databases as the basis of a renewed marketing campaign, the developers marketing team was able to reverse the projects poor sales success and sell the remaining units.
