Aerotech is approved by Bell Helicopters to service the airframe requirements of the Bell 204, 206, 205, 212, 412 & 407 series of helicopters. The company possesses the skills and tooling to manufacture repair fixtures and has also made extensive tooling for their (B212/412/UH-1N, CH135, CH146) exhaust ejector product line. Production fixtures for the Bell 407 and 427 were built by Aerotech.
Complete and extensive repairs or reworks can be done on the previously noted air frames and the airframe subcomponents and assemblies (including doors, cowlings, fairings, etc.). Complete painting facilities for helicopters. Our paint booth will accommodate a complete B212. Paint stripping is performed by plastic media and is non-toxic.
