Developed a comprehensive telecommunications infrastructure migration path to transform a Local Area voice and data Network to a Wide Area Network. The solution involved integration of a Virtual Voice Network and a Frame Relay-based data network. Identified and recommended a telephone system infrastructure to replace existing telephone switches. The end result was an advanced scalable telephony solution with enhanced call processing and messaging capabilities as well as more responsive service agreements with major carriers and vendors.
