J.E.G. Services, is our on site precision jig boring and EDM
service. We provide precision machining in a climate controlled
environment. We offer:
CNC cylindrical grinding, Conventional cylindrical grinding,
Precision jig grinding, Rotary grinding, Surface grinding, CNC
EDM, Conventional EDM, CNC electrode making, CNC jig boring,
Conventional jig boring, and CNC gundrilling.
Accurate Mould builds plastic injection moulds for a myriad of
industries. Some of our products for the automotive industry
include exterior front fascias, rear fascias, body side
mouldings, rocker panel covers, fender liners, fender flares,
spoilers, running board covers, skid plates, and heat shields,
interior pillar garnish trim, I/P main substrate, I/P
components, I/P trim panels, door panels and door panel
components. With the support of master machining services
provided by J.E.G. Services we are able to increase our
manufacturing capacity and enhance our technical knowledge.
