ACCENT combines the 'best-in-class' expertise of three regional
Consulting Engineering Firms, offering a full range of
engineering services in all disciplines. This resource pool of
more than 300 people provides 'best-value' services to meet the
major project needs of the oil and gas industry in Atlantic
Canada. Among projects completed by ACCENT for SOEI are the
preliminary design of the Administration Building for the Gas
Plant, and the detailed design of the Liquids Fractionation
Plant. ACCENT has also completed a variety of designs for third-
party vendors including the design of the Shore Base for
drilling and well completion for Offshore Logistics Inc.

ACCENT provides multidisciplinary engineering services in
support of SOEI's offshore and onshore production facilities,
including the Thebaud, North Triumph and Venture offshore
production facilities; the multiphase subsea pipelines; the
onshore gas processing facility at Goldboro; the Liquids
Fractionation Plant at Point Tupper; and the Liquids Pipeling
connecting Goldboro and Point Tupper.
