About Child Care Consumer Services is dedicated to improving the quality of child care in Canada and North America. Our goal is to enhance the care our children receive through our Web site, 'child care online', http: //www. childcare. net, and our numerous books, workshops, brochures, newsletters and other publications. We supply materials to parents, child care providers, child care related organizations and agencies, employers, virtually any organization, person, or company concerned about child care.
Our workshops and related workbooks have been praised by parents and have been sold to agencies and organizations across North America. Our publications continue to be a hot resource for parents and caregivers alike.
We are constantly developing new products based on visitor feedback from our Web site and through our forums. These include downloadable online forms, new books, business plans for starting a daycare centre, etc.
The market for our materials is tremendious and the company is currently in the growth and redevelopment stage. Our Web site, childcare. net is currently being redeveloped according to our business plan with sales expected to top the 1M mark a year from completion. This is a highly underdeveloped area which we are taking advantage of.

Our online products and services are currently under development for instant download and to greatly enhance our e-commerce capabilities. This will provide a great return on the investment in new product development and allow us to continue to meet the needs and demands of this marketplace, allowing us an opportunity to grab a 30% market share in three years.

We have received many letters of appreciation for our products from schools, organizations, parents and caregivers.
One of the books written by our CEO and sold on the site is currently used by St. Calir College in Windsor, Ont. as the instruction book for it's Home Day Care as a Business course.
