CORPORATE PROFILE

A R TECH, a Canadian Federally incorporated company established
in 1985, is a distributor and manufacturer of power distribution
and control products. We bring together a team of Canadian
companies involved in distribution, transformation and control
of prime service entrance power.

Our customers include many of the major industrials as
well as government and commercial institutions such as Hydro
Utilities, Hotels, Hospitals, Communication Centers, Government
Buildings, High Tech Manufacturing Plants, Co-Generation
Projects and Schools. To mention some of the more familiar
names, we include Nortel, Ottawa Heart Institute, Ontario Hydro,
Carleton University, Canada Post, World Exchange Plaza, Royal
Ottawa Hospital, Ottawa Regional Detention Center, Domtar, JDS
Uniphase, Met Life and many others worthy of note.

One of the founding principles of A R TECH remains, as an
ongoing objective. A R TECH seeks out new and innovative
companies with products to benefit the group. This approach to
customer requirements has lead to the expertise and experience
to offer turnkey packages in the more common or specialized
