ATS manufactures a variety of standard automation products such as coil winders, armature winders, cartesian robots, clean room robots, conveyor systems, tray handlers, metal removal and machining centers.

Our broad experience in developing custom test solutions enables us to design, build and test systems that perform to the precise level of accuracy each customer's application requires. ATS Test Systems designs and manufactures both computerized and manually operated utomotive electrical tests, including a variety of complete instrument panel test systems.
An important part of the turnkey solutions we provide is our ability, based on our extensive experience in automation systems, to engineer test fixturing that performs with high precision and repeatability. Such levels of precision demand a custom approach in both the design and integration of unique fixturing for each individual test within the system.
ATS offers full parametric testing of automotive DC and appliance AC motors using all measurement points, moving average, or curve fits methods. Multi-point load testing is also available. Components such as this fuel injector undergo fine leak testing using helium spectrometry and industry-proven ATS Test Systems software. Like all ATS test modules, our safety critical test includes full test result archiving and black-box- style process event logging.
