The Dynamic 90-day Business Plan

Initial Business Assessment The Initial Business Assessment is highly diagnostic, strategically focussed and interactive session. During this 1.5 - 2 hour session, we act as business diagnosticians by reviewing the business results in order to assist the client in focussing on the causes (both good & detrimental) of these results and hence help them regain their objectivity about their business and its potential. We also demonstrate (if necessary) how strategies in non-financial areas like marketing actually translate to the finances of the company. During the Initial Business Assessment, we walk the client through their articulation of their business strategies (what they would like to achieve) & assist them in defining the obstacles both inside & outside the business that are relevant in the following business areas - marketing, sales, operations, finance, technology, human resources. The process is very interactive therefore through a series of customized questions, challenges & advice (crafted by serving over 1000 customers in different industries, with different business formats and at various stages in business development), we assist the client in: - focussing their thinking (a key benefit for entrepreneurs), - articulating their business goals (often understood by the client & often not wholly committed to verbally or in writing) and - integrating those goals across function based on the resources (time, skills, money, energy) available to them and their organization.
