AMKO Systems Inc.

THE BEST IN CONTINUOUS EMISSION, PROCESS AND AMBIENT AIR
MONITORING TECHNOLOGY

AMKO Systems Inc. is a leading systems house specializing in
design, manufacturing, distribution and service of continuous
emission (CEMS), process and ambient air monitoring systems.
For complete customer service, everything from analyzers (both
in-situ and extractive type), sample probes, heated filters,
conditioners, pumps and calibrators to data acquisition systems
is kept in stock. Our principals consist of world-renown
international equipment manufacturers such as Sick AG (gas, dust,
opacity and flow monitors), Ratfisch (FID-based total hydrocarbon
analyzers), Eco-Physics (chemiluminescent NOx analyzers to
measure in ppt to 10 000 ppm ranges), Dasibi Environmental
(ambient air analyzers) and more.

AMKO's continuous monitoring systems are utilized throughout the
power, pulp and paper, cement, refining and chemical industries,
ambient air monitoring stations, regulatory and testing agencies,
research agencies, as well as any industry which has in its
facility an incinerator which is fed by coal, natural gas, oil,
or solid waste. Numerous biomedical and pathological waste
incinerator monitoring systems were developed and installed
across Canada. Innovative monitoring solutions using a proven
line of analyzers include patent-pending total reduced sulfur
(TRS) monitoring systems, particularly suited for the pulp and
paper industry, and heated bypass systems for measuring dust
concentration in wet exhaust gases, ideally suited for plants
with Teller scrubbers where conventional dry opacity monitors
fail to perform in those demanding conditions.

In addition to our line of continuous gas measuring systems, AMKO
has an extensive line of automated fluid injection analysis (FIA)
systems for both laboratory and industrial process monitoring and
control. Process analyzers perform on-line real-time measurement
and control of chemical constituents in liquid matrix process and
effluent streams used in the manufacturing of many chemical
intermediates and environmental monitoring.

Our continuous emission, process and ambient air monitoring
systems provide unsurpassed accuracy, reliable performance,
comprehensive self-diagnostics, and features beneficial to the
operator and overall performance.

Supply, Installation And Commissioning Of A Continuous Emission Monitoring System (cems).
National and regional regulations specify many industrial processes which must continuously monitor and report on pollution released into the atmosphere. A system to measure emission levels must provide reliable and accurate data. Small amounts of downtime or inaccurate reporting can lead to large costs for the operator. AMKO Systems Inc. specializes in turnkey CEMS for the refining, power, pulp and paper, cement and chemical industries, plus incineration plants fed by coal, natural gas, oil, wood or solid waste. Common components to be measured include CO, O2, SO2, NOX and dust concentration. Over 40 years of combined experience in system integration ensures that AMKO will find the optimum solution for any continuous emission monitoring problem.

Supply Of Ambient Air Quality Monitoring Instrumentation.
A system to continuously measure ambient pollution levels must be both reliable and accurate. AMKO Systems Inc. provides individual analyzers from world-renowned manufacturers and complete monitoring system packages. Designed for minimal operator attention, systems feature fully automated sampling, analysis, calibration and data logging. Data retrieval and analyzer control may be performed remotely via modem connection from any convenient location. Common airborne components to be measured include dust (PM10/PM2.5), NOX and SO2. Over 40 years of combined experience in system integration ensures that AMKO will find the optimum solution for any ambient air monitoring problem.
