AEdifica works in a fully computerized and networked environment and makes use of electronic communications and in- house video conferencing to bridge geographical boundaries and maintain quality communication links with its client base.
Architecture: Since it was established in 1979, AEdifica has taken an integrated approach to the built environment. Today, an extended offer is provided by its staff of architects, engineers, interior designers, graphic artists and technicians. The firms services combine creative design, technical expertise and project management, applied to all projects regardless of size. The firm is recognized as a leader in the field of green architecture.
Retail Design: Since 1985, AEdifica has helped North-American retailers launch over 75 new retail concepts and more than 4000 stores on the American and Canadian marketplace. As a result of this, a strategic network of contacts with key players in the building, fixturing and real estate industry is constantly being updated, tailored and put to good use for the benefit and business success of our clients. From single stores to extensive roll-out programs, services are adapted to help companies get to where they want to go, at the speed and budget that works for them. Within a complex world of new opportunities, competitive pressure, consumer shifts, and new technologies, AEdificas mission remains simple: to be partners in success.
Visual Communications: At AEdifica, we believe that the retail environment is one of the most important tools for managing and leveraging the brand. This is why we develop designs in support of branding strategies, creating signage, graphics and the physical environment with a strong and consistent store image in mind. Our value added services extend to the virtual environment, providing our clients with internet strategies with high visual impact, sharpening their competitive edge as they shape the visitors perception of the brand.
Office Environments: In addition to user needs studies and the programming and planning of spaces, AEdifica applies its expertise related to the management of corporate identity in its office design strategies. The personality of an enterprise, its culture and its positioning in the market become key points of reference permitting the calibration of the space to the clients image. Parallel to this, the firms expertise in architecture and engineering gives it the capacity to offer fully integrated services.
Engineering: AEdificas engineering team brings together over 21 engineers, designers, and technicians, based in both Montreal and St. Louis, Missouri. They work closely together and draw from a diverse talent base to provide solutions that are client focused, responding to needs and expectations from the beginning of the project and as it evolves. Since 1995, the firm has delivered integrated and strategic engineering services (mechanical, (HVAC), electrical, fire protection, plumbing, and civil work) for over 1500 projects on the North-American market. They are registered in 49 U. S. States as well as in Quebec, Ontario and New Brunswick.
